Biography:
Nayereh Ghobadi was born in Tehran in 1983. She received the BSc degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering in 2006 from Sharif University of Technology and the degree of MSc in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering in 2009 from the University of Tehran. She received the Doctoral degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering in 2014 from the University of Tehran. She was with CNL from May. 2012 until Dec. 2014. She has worked on vertical tunneling graphene based transistors. From Jan. 2015 she is with the University of Zanjan as an Assistant Professor.

Dr. Seyyed Manouchehr Hosseini

Biography:
Seyyed Manouchehr Hosseini was born in Tuyserkan in 1983. He received the BSc degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering in 2006 from the University of Science and Technology, Tehran and the degree of MSc in Electronics, Electrical Engineering in 2008 from the University of Tehran. He received the doctoral degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering in 2015 from the University of Tehran. He was with CNL from Mar. 2012 until Dec. 2015. He has worked on strain effects on the electronic properties of monolayers of transition metal dichalcogenides. From Jan. 2016 he is with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Buali Sina University, Hamedan as an Assistant Professor.

Shima Rajabali

Biography:
Shima Rajabali was born in Tehran in 1990. She received the BSc degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering in 2013 and the degree of MSc in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering in 2016 both from the University of Tehran. She was with CNL from Sep. 2014 until Aug. 2016. She has studies impurity and phonon-limited mobility in few-layer molybdenum disulfide. From Sep. 2016 she is with ETH Zurich as a doctoral student in Quantum optoelectronics.

Biography:
Nima Djavid was born in Tehran in 1988. He received his BSc degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering in 2011 from Shahid Beheshti University and the degree of MSc in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering in 2014 from the University of Tehran. He worked with CNL from Sep. 2011 until Sep. 2014. He has worked on numerical simulation of Spintronic and optoelectronic devices. From Sep. 2015 he is with LATTE Lab as a doctoral student at the University of California, Riverside.

Biography:
Ali Mojibpour was born in Shiraz in 1987. He received the BSc degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering in 2011 from Shiraz University and the degree of MSc in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering in 2014 from the University of Tehran. He was with CNL from Feb. 2012 until May 2015. He has worked on numerical investigation of quantum cascade lasers. From Aug. 2015 he is with Rice University as a doctoral student.

Biography:
Kaveh Khaliji was born in Boushehr in 1988. He received the B.Sc. degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering in 2011 and the M.Sc. degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering in 2014, both from the University of Tehran. He was with CNL from Sep. 2011 to May 2015. He has worked on spin field effect transistors/interconnects based on graphene nanoribbons. From Sep. 2015, he is with University of Minnesota, as a doctoral student in Electrical Engineering.

Biography:
Morteza Roshankar was born in Tehran in 1990. He received the BSc degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering in 2014 from the Ferdowsy University of Mashhad. He received the MSc degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering in 2017 from the University of Tehran. In CNL, He worked on numerical analysis of phosphorene-based gas sensors, and the effect of strain on phosphorene sensing behavior. He is currently tasting entrepreneurship.

Biography:
Pedram Khakbaz was born in Arak, Iran, on the 6th of December in 1991. He received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shiraz University of Technology, Shiraz, in 2015. From Sep.2016 to Sep.2018 he was with CNL and received his M.Sc. degree in Micro and Nano electronic devices from the University of Tehran. During his master’s degree, he has worked on the investigation of optical and electrical properties of vertical heterostructures based on 2D materials. From Nov.2018 he is with SELMI lab in Udine, Italy and works on contacts and low field transport in electronic devices based on 2D semiconductors as his PhD Project.
